Outpatient Rehab

Creekside Ranch Treatment Facility offers some inpatient and outpatient rehab services. Upon meeting with a member of the Creekside Ranch staff, patients may opt for an outpatient rehabilitation treatment program; or, you may decide with the medical staff that residential rehab isn’t necessary. Our highly trained staff will help you determine which is right for you.

What's the difference between inpatient and outpatient rehab?

Sometimes, patients come to Creekside Ranch Treatment Facility for conditions such as addiction, anxiety, depression, mood or emotional disorders, or psychological disorders that don’t require round-the-clock care. By option to participate in an outpatient rehab program, patients can carry on with parts of their day-to-day lives without interrupting their home and work life too much.

Outpatient care is also significantly less expensive than inpatient and residential rehab treatment programs. Creekside Ranch Treatment Facility knows the importance of ensuring each patient has access to the care and treatment that can change their lives. So it’s important to have a variety of options to provide these patients. And sometimes, it’s simply not necessary for a patient to stay at the facility. Day visits or sessions are often enough to manage their condition or disorder on an ongoing basis.

What happens during outpatient treatment?

When providing treatment for outpatient care, Creekside Ranch Treatment Facility conducts bio-psycho-social exams within forty-eight hours of being admitted to the treatment facility. Also, patients undergo a treatment assessment and receive a treatment plan within the first seventy-two hours of becoming an outpatient at Creekside Ranch Treatment Facility. When appropriate, family counseling sessions are conducted within the first fourteen days of outpatient rehab as well.

Outpatient treatment programs also include a structural support system for each patient, assessments to determine attachments and detachments from important family members, development milestones, dispassion from self-values, wounded areas and past traumas. It’s important for our treatment staff to fully understand where an addiction patient is coming from to help them determine where they want to go.

Working with the staff at Creekside Ranch Treatment Facility

By working with our comprehensive treatment modality, Dr. Hobson (Director of Services) and Darryl Monteilh (CEO), provide a regular care system that includes a balanced approach to individual patient needs. At Creekside Ranch Treatment Facility, the focus is treating the whole body and not just the disorder or addiction.

When a patient opts for outpatient care, they still have access to the amazing staff and support workers at Creekside Ranch Treatment Facility. Our employees to patient ratio is two staff members for every three patients; and each patient has access to a social worker, case manager, and counselor. Often, outpatient rehabilitation patients work with in conjunction with group therapy sessions and counseling sessions as well as individual sessions. Our facility operates twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. In the event of an emergency, an outpatient can seek help at our facility to ensure continuity of care.

Aftercare and Community Outreach

Creekside Ranch Treatment Facility works extensively with community outreach organizations and other residential treatment centers to ensure the continuity of care for outpatients who opt not to stay in residence.  After outpatient care is complete, some patients opt for continued support at one of the many treatment facilities in our network. We can work with you to determine the best course of action for your aftercare plan. Whether you want to participate in individual or group therapy sessions, counseling sessions or exercise regimes, we can help you find an aftercare program that’s right for you.
